Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

We extend a 2-Day Return Policy, accepting returns solely under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Product
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product

Returns are applicable only in cases where the error is attributed to our oversight, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. To report any damages, kindly send an email to sales@itsjollygood.com within 2 days of receiving the product, accompanied by supporting photographs.

For eligible returns due to our error, itsjollygood will facilitate a reverse pickup. Alternatively, the buyer must self-ship the product to us in the same condition it was delivered. Itsjollygood covers the return shipping costs and will either replace the product or provide a refund if the product is unavailable. The delivery of the replacement product or the refund will be initiated upon the return of the product to the itsjollygood office.

In the rare event of a lost product during transit, we will either dispatch a replacement product or offer a full refund.

Please note that refunds cannot be provided if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is entered, there are failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or the recipient refuses the package. Ensure the inclusion of your complete address, including any landmarks, for accurate and timely delivery. Any re-shipment will incur additional charges.

Refunds will be credited to your account within two weeks of returning the package. This timeframe encompasses the transit time for us to receive the return, our internal processing, and the bank's processing time. However, in many instances, you may receive a refund more promptly.
